At That Very Night, we pour our hearts into every print — we want you to be 100% satisfied with your Moon Phase Print, and we strive to deliver a 5-star experience from start to finish.
DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your print arrives damaged, we'll make it right. Simply send us photos of the damaged item and its packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement or issue a refund.
ORDER DETAILS & CUSTOMER ERRORS
Because each print is individually customised to your specifications, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for errors made when placing your order — such as incorrect date, location, or text details, wrong size selected, customer oversight, or partial returns. We always recommend carefully reviewing your order before confirming.
INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
We cannot offer refunds if an incomplete or incorrect shipping address was provided at checkout. Instead, we're happy to re-ship your order once it has been returned to us, for a re-shipping fee based on your country. Please contact support@thatverynight.com for re-shipping fee details.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards cannot be refunded or exchanged, and are not redeemable for cash or resale.
