TRACKED SHIPPING
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll be able to track its journey.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping service selected at checkout.
- Standard shipping is available for most destinations.
- Express shipping is available for customers who need their order sooner.

Please note that delivery timeframes begin after your order has been in production.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & FAILED DELIVERY
Customers are responsible for any import duties, customs charges, or other fees that may apply during shipping or return processing.
If a delivery cannot be completed because of incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, or if a shipment is returned due to unpaid customs fees, additional charges may apply before the order can be resent.
